Here you can find a behind-the-scenes look and get the inside scoop on the people who make First Miami great. This is the current Management Team.
   
Grant Heckmann - Vice President of Human Resources

Year: Sophomore
Major: Management and Organization

Grant is a class of 2015 Management Information Systems major from Pittsburgh, PA. Grant has interned at First Miami since his freshman year and has worked as a teller and a Credit committee member to go along with HR. Grant hopes to work in Logistics or Analytics after graduating as well as coaching volleyball on the side.
Macie Farmer - Vice President of Lending

Year: Sophomore
Major: Finance
Minor: Business Analytics

Macie is a sophomore finance major and business analytics minor. She has been with the credit union since his freshman year, and has previously served as a teller and a member of the credit committee. Macie plans on pursuing either a job as a Wall Street Analyst or Business Anaylst after graduation.

Quincy Walker - Vice President of Technology

Year: Sophomore
Major: Computer Science
Minor: Management of Information Systems

Quincy is a sophomore Computer Science Major. Quincy first got involved with First Miami as an intern with the Chairman of the Board for First Miami. Quincy plans on pursuing occupation in the field of cyber security post graduation.

Ashley Charles - Vice President of Compliance

Year: Sophomore
Major: Diplomacy and Global Politics
Minor: Crime, Law, and Social Justice

Ashley is a sophomore Diplomacy and Global Politics major with a minor in Crime, Law and Social Justice. Ashley has been involved with the credit union and the Compliance Committee since the spring of her Freshman year. After graduation, Ashley plans on continuing her education at a law school and she hopes to be involved with the State Department.
Jorden Davis - Assistant to the Management Team

Major: Accountancy
Minor: n/a

Jorden Davis is a junior working towards achieving a Master's Degree in Accountancy. He recently joined the First Miami Student Credit Union in order to gain practical business experience and leadership skills. Jorden plans on attaining a CPA licensure after graduation and eventually starting his own accounting firm.

Thomas Gorczynski - Vice President of Collections

Year: Junior
Major: Eletrical Engineering
Minor: Mathematics, Phyics, Entrepreneurship

Thomas is a junior Electrical Engineering major with a minor in Mathematics, Physics, and Entrepreneurship. Thomas got involved with the Credit Union during his Sophomore year and had previously been an active member with the Collections Committee. He actively seeks out to improve processes and ensure that the Credit Union flourishes in coming years. After graduation, Thomas plans to continue discovering, learning, and innovating in whatever fields that he may become involved in.
Shuang (Laura) Ji - Vice President of Internal Audit

Year: Junior
Major: Accounting and Finance
Minor: Management of Information Systems

Laura is a junior with double majors in accounting and finance with minors in management information systems. Laura got involved in credit union during her sophomore year. Working in credit union gives Laura valuable work experiences and help Laura grow professional and personally. Laura will intern with Ernst & Young as a business risk adviser in Boston office the following summer.
Jon Ward - Vice President of Accounting

Jon is a junior Accounting major from Columbus, Ohio. Since joining the credit union his sophomore year, Jon has spent time as both a teller and supervisor, along with being a member of the Accounting committee. Upon graduation, he is hoping to enter corporate accounting and eventually become a CPA.

Sruthi Ramakrishnan - Treasurer

Year: Sophomore
Major: Accounting
Minor: Computer Science and Engineering
Sruthi is a sophomore Accounting major with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering. Sruthi joined the credit union during her freshman year as a teller and since has become involved in the Treasury, External Relations, and IT committees. Post-graduation Sruthi hopes to pass the CPA exam and become an auditor.
Eric Patzelt - Vice President of Operations

Major: Finance
Minor: Information Systems Analytics
Eric is a junior Finance major with a minor in Information Systems and Analytics. Eric got involved with the credit union during his freshman year and has previously served as a teller and depository member. Outside of the credit union, Eric is the President of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. He also hosts a sports talk radio show on Monday nights.

Tessa Newland - Vice President of Financial Education

Minor: Spanish
Tessa Newland is a junior Economics and International Studies double-major with a minor in Spanish as well. She is from Washington, D.C., and joined the credit union her sophomore year in the hope of attaining more hands-on experience.
Nicholette Cameron - Vice President of External Relations

Minor: Latin American Studies and Sustainability
Nicholette is a junior Economics major with a double minor in Latin American Studies and Sustainability. She got involved with the credit union during her freshman year and the first committee she joined was Depository After graduation, Nicholette hopes to get her PhD. Economics and work in International Development.
