Minor: Business Legal Studies Jim is a sophomore accounting major and business legal studies minor looking at pursuing a career in forensic accounting. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Jim Millward is responsible for coordinating over one hundred current interns. In addition to scheduling, Jim is responsible for heading the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process for new interns. At Miami, Jim is involved in several organizations including RHA, Optimist International, and Broomball. In addition, Jim is an active brother in Delta Sigma Pi, one of Miami’s Business Fraternities. Erica Archer

Erica Archer is a sophomore accounting major who became involved with First Miami in the spring of 2009. Erica thought the idea of having a financial institution for students, completely run by students, was something that she wanted to get involved in. She wanted to be able to help other students manage their money. So far, Erica has gained a lot of problem solving and managing skills necessary for life. She has also learned more about the banking industry and how it works. On campus, Erica is also involved in Adopt-a-School and the Buck Rodgers Business Leadership Program. Currently, Erica is studying abroad at the Miami University Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg.
