Erica Archer is a junior accounting major who became involved with First Miami in the spring of 2009. Erica thought the idea of having a financial institution for students, completely run by students, was something that she wanted to get involved in. She wanted to be able to help other students manage their money. So far, Erica has gained a lot of problem solving and managing skills necessary for life. She has also learned more about the banking industry and how it works. On campus, Erica is also involved in Adopt-a-School and the Buck Rodgers Business Leadership Program.
