NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TERMS TO CERTAIN FIRST MIAMI STUDENT CREDIT UNION AGREEMENTS (“NOTICE”)
Thank you for being a valued First Miami Student Credit Union member. This Notice highlights important changes to the terms of the Credit Union's membership agreement, disclosures, and fee schedules (collectively, the "Agreements") effective July 1, 2023.
After July 1, 2023, the Agreements will include these new and updated terms and conditions and apply to your existing or future account(s), product(s), and services with First Miami.

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2023
The First Miami Membership Agreement and Disclosures govern the terms for Credit Union membership and for use of its products and services. Changes are summarized below.
Par Value is now $5 per membership. The requirement was previously $10.
Dividend calculation is changed to daily. Dividends accrue daily and are paid monthly. Previously, dividends were accrued and paid quarterly.
CHANGES TO FEES AND CHARGES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2023
The Fee Schedule describes how First Miami Student Credit Union charges fees for services used by you. Changes are summarized below.
Debit card $1.50 per month. The fee was $0.15 for every transaction under $10.00.
