  • Brainstorming, planning and budgeting events.

  • Making daily journal entries.

  • Creating future financial strategies.

Collections & Loans

  • Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debt.

  • Consulting with members on their lending needs.

Human Resources

  • Handling talent acquisition and interviews.

  • Identify staffing needs and plan recruitment efforts.

BSA & Auditing 

  • Helping establish risk-based procedures and monitoring suspicious activity.

  • Helping fight financial crime.

IT & Cyber Security 

  • Overseeing all electronic devices

  • Safeguarding the database and security of the credit union.
